4. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the safekeeping of your NFTs, and that we shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your NFTs, including but not limited to theft, loss, or destruction.
5. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the NFT project at any time, without prior notice or liability to you.
6. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to purchase and use the NFTs, and that your purchase and use of the NFTs will not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
7. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this disclaimer, and that your purchase and use of the NFTs is subject to these terms and conditions.
By purchasing and using the NFTs, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of the NFTs.
